Integrated ArchiTech was founded in 2017, on a belief that continues to guide every project: the best home automation system is the one you never have to think about.
Every home is different,some are designed for entertaining, while others are quiet mountain retreats or lakefront escapes enjoyed throughout the seasons. Every system begins with understanding how the home is lived in, then lighting, audio, video, motorized shades, networking, security, and control are thoughtfully integrated into one seamless experience that feels like it has always belonged.
Where It Started
Johnny's career in this industry began at nine years old, spending weekends working alongside his dad. What started as helping out became a lifelong obsession with how technology, design, and craftsmanship come together.
That path led to New York, where he spent years designing and installing systems in some of the most beautifully built homes in the country, hands-on work with Lutron lighting, ELAN and Control4 automation, whole-home audio, networking, and surveillance in homes where nothing less than perfect was acceptable.
Those years shaped a standard that doesn't bend: clean installations, honest recommendations, and systems engineered to work every day, not just on demo day. He eventually brought that standard south, building a company in the Carolinas that serves the mountain and lake communities of Western North Carolina and the Upstate the way New York's finest homes are served.
That's the foundation Integrated ArchiTech is built on today.
