Sage, our website assistant
Sage, our website assistant. If you tick "Remember me for future visits" in the chat, Sage can remember a few things so you can pick up where you left off on a later visit: your first name (only if you told it to Sage), short notes on up to three topics you asked about (for example, "outdoor TV, pool deck"), the date of your last visit, and whether you have already left contact details with us. This is stored only in your own web browser on this device. It is not stored on our servers and is not linked to you across devices. Sage never stores your email address, phone number, street address or the text of your conversation in this memory. The memory is deleted automatically 180 days after your last visit. You can delete it at any time by typing "forget me" in the chat or tapping "Forget me" at the bottom of the chat window. Clearing your browser's site data also deletes it.
How chat questions are answered. Sage uses an artificial-intelligence service from Anthropic to help answer your questions. The text of your questions, a short summary of the conversation and, if you agreed to Sage's memory, the short topic notes above are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before anything is sent. If you choose to share your email or phone number so our team can follow up, it is saved by Integrated ArchiTech for that purpose only, as described elsewhere in this policy. Please don't share passwords or other sensitive information in the chat. When you chat with Sage, Integrated ArchiTech privately keeps a record of your questions and Sage's answers to improve our service, and keeps your name and contact details only if you choose to share them.
